What we charge...
Domestic / home alarm system repair

- Typical pre-booked repair £98 excluding the supply of & fitting of parts
The price we quote you will take into account: the fault or faults reported; the make of alarm, the urgency; the distance; time of day; our current workload and availability. For a single fault, £98 is quoted over 80% of the time. However, you will receive a personalised upfront fixed price quote over the phone. Your quote will be confirmed via text message (if you provide a mobile number).
Payment Methods
All quoted prices assume immediate payment on completion.
You can pay by cash or debit/credit card.
We no longer accept cheques.
Cancellation
A repair visit can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge, unless we're already en-route.
If we are unable to repair your alarm, perhaps due to no availability of a critical part, then we will abort the visit without charge.
If the cost of the supply of & fitting of parts is unexpected and prohibitive, and we're unable to bypass the faulty circuit, then we will abort the visit without charge.
No Fix = No Fee
No Fix = No Fee policy does not apply to system disconnections, priority visits, out-of-hours visits or additional charges.
Additional Charges
Unless otherwise stated, the price we give excludes the supply of & fitting of parts
There are times when we need to make additional charges, i.e.:
If an alarm system has been 'locked' by a previous engineer and a replacement 'unlocked' system PCB is required.
If we are denied immediate unhindered access to all parts of the alarm system.
if any other work is needed for additional or unrelated faults, such as if you have called us regarding a faulty sounder but then also ask us to replace a discoloured keypad, or investigate false alarms that we had not been made aware of.
If you ask us to disconnect or silence an alarm instead of repairing it, we'll discount the quoted price by 25%
The quoted price is for the reported fault(s), additional faults / repairs will incur additional charges.
Priority Service:
Priority, Evening & Saturday appointments are available at an additional charge.
