There's always a better way!
We've all experienced frustrating service...
- unanswered phone calls
- press 1 for Sales... press 2 for Admin.. Press 9 for even more option... etc
- unhelpful / rude staff
- crazy policies and procedures
- waited in all day - no one turns up - no phone call
- etc. etc...
So - I'm looking for criticism and suggestions on ways we can improve our service.
