Professionally fitted wireless alarm utilise a dedicated 868 MHz narrowband radio channel, as such it's unlikely to receive interference from your wireless internet connection which will operate on either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.
Wireless alarms fitted before 2002 will probably be on the previous dedicated 418 Mhz radio channel, again, unlikely to receive interference from a wireless internet connection.
