Unlike a traditional DIY home alarm system, this Smart Home Alarm allows you to check-in from anywhere in the world and receive real-time alerts in the event your alarm is activated. This system offers excellent value for those not requiring SSAIB certification or an insurance approved alarm system.

Standard Warranty
The system comes with a 12-month onsite warranty. If you have any difficulties with your security system during the warranty period, please let us know during our normal working hours and we will get you up and running as soon as we can, we'll attempt to resolve remotely or over the phone, and If necessary we'll send an engineer (free of charge) to repair or replace any defective parts.
24/7 support
Our standard 12-month warranty does NOT include 24/7 support and call-outs. 24/7 support upgrade is available for a one-off charge of £29 for the entire 12-months
Live Siren
External audible siren box fitted on the outside wall, the package price includes the standard yellow Yale box as shown. However, for an additional charge, an Abbott's branded blue/white cover is available.
Zone Partitions
This alarm can be programmed to allow its use when you go out (full arming) and use it when you go to bed (part arming)
Motion Detectors
These require an unobstructed view of the area they are designed to cover. They are not recommended for areas with free roaming pets, such as cats or dogs.
Smartphone App
To ensure that your Android device supports the required app for this alarm system, please search for the "Yale Alarm" app on the Google Play or the App Store, using the mobile device that you intend using the system with. The Yale Alarm app is only supported on Android 11 or above and iOS 13 onwards. Apps are developed and maintained by or on behalf of the equipment manufacturers. Abbott's have no control over performance, reliability or any future charges. The manufacturers state they currently have no plans to charge for use of the App or associated services.
What happens if your internet goes down?
Your alarm will remain in the same state as it was before the connectivity issues. The communication between your Yale Smart Hub and devices is on a wireless frequency that does not rely on an internet connection, so the system will continue to operate as normal however, you would need to arm or disarm your system via the keypad until the internet connection is reconnected. Please note that without an internet connection to your Yale Smart Hub, you will not be able to operate the alarm via the Yale Alarm App.
Optional Maintenance Plans
A non-contract maintenance plan with extended warranty. All inclusive fixed cost plan, payable on a monthly basis. The plan includes an annual service, 24/7 cover, defective part & battery replacement, without any additional cost.
